In addition to a good mood, her classes are full of fatigue and sweating. With her inexhaustible supply of energy, she welcomes those who want to pole dance, strengthen or stretch to her classes.

I could list specific forms of movement, but the goal is to provide you with a creative, body- and soul-liberating movement experience in an emotionally safe and nurturing environment. Currently, this can be experienced mostly through pole dancing and contemporary dance basics, but we will always be open to new ideas based on individual or group interest.
