The idea of ONIX started as a home pole dancing room, but over time it has grown and become a place where sport is not the only thing that matters. Body and soul find each other again during the time spent here, through sport and conversations. We begin to build self-care with our own curious and accepting attention to ourselves during our movement classes, restoring harmony within ourselves. Our creative space wants to stand out in these areas, because we believe in free movement, in the power of harmony between our physical and emotional being. Our goal is for you to have a healthy relaxation, as a member of an inclusive women's community.
